Introduction to role

This is an opportunity for You, anambitiousanddriven Finance student to work in the Planning&ManagementReporting Hub Team (P&MR), which ispartof the dynamic Global Finance Services (GFS) team based in Luton. The GFS P&MR Team, leadsthe global planningandmanagementreporting delivery across AstraZeneca.

Youwillbepartof a team which is driving standardisation and simplification in group planningandmanagementreporting processes whilst remaining focused to meet the changing needs of business. Your main role will be to assist on the data integrations between planningandreportingsystems (eg. Qlik to Hyperion, check and verify planning submissions, building system reconciliations) and assisting on the design of key planningandreportingsystems.

This role gives aunique opportunity to gain experience in AstraZeneca’s group Planning&ManagementReporting process with focus on data transfers, task support, strategicthinking, transition work and trouble shooting. You will report to the Planning Director providing support on key data integrity activities.

Success will depend on buildingstrongrelationships and effective liaison with the P&MR Leads, key stakeholders across the company and IT support teams, ensuring that issues are identified and resolvedefficiently.

Essential Skills/Experience

Microsoft office skills are prerequisite, with astrongknowledge of Excel & PowerBI

Studying in the finance/accounting field

Strong interestin finance systems and data

Problemsolvingskills

Strongcommunicationskills

Analytical and attentiontodetail when addressing issue
