Function: Health Economics & Outcomes Research Manager
Main activities:
Represents the Market Access/Health Economics strategy and vision in relevant x-functional brand teams
Is responsible for the preparation, submission and management of the clinical & Health Economics file in close articulation with the brand x-functional team and the implementation of Market Access strategy, in articulated collaboration with the Global teams and vendors
Works collaboratively with the x-functional brand team in the design and implementation of innovative value demonstration strategies and tools to optimize AstraZeneca’s positioning and access to innovation
Prepares value documents, for use with decision makers and relevant Health Institutions.
Support the annual pricing exercises
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
University degree with proven relevant experience (min 3 years) in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector in similar roles
Proven knowledge of the access to innovation environment, the Reimbursement framework and impact on access
Proven teamwork and collaboration skills (namely with international participants)
Desirable
Knowledge of product pipelines of the company and relevant access/Health Economics challenges
Knowledge/Experience in Added Value demonstration
Previous experience in pricing
