Business Process Owner – Financial Procurement

Join the Strategy & Operational Excellence (S&OE) team, the backbone of Global Procurement, supporting the delivery of our vision and strategic plan to become a best-in-class function. As a Business Process Owner in S&OE, you will own and oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of the procurement process for the Financial Value are, aimed at maximizing cost reduction and enhancing cash flow across the enterprise.

Accountabilities:

You will define the strategic vision for this process, collaborating closely with the Finance Business Partner and leveraging external insights and benchmarks to inform your approach. Central to your responsibilities is risk management, ensuring a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential cost increases from both internal and external factors. You will play a pivotal role in the annual planning process for Global Procurement, ensuring the development of a robust pipeline of cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the ongoing performance management of these initiatives, tracking progress against targets. Collaborating closely with the Data & Analytics team, you will refine the framework for tracking and reporting benefits, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Significant Procurement and/or Finance experience

- Experience in driving change management

- Ability to build and actively maintain positive relationships with internal / external partners

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others

- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically

- Ability to use data and insights to drive innovation

- Proven track record of delivering projects in a global environment.
