Principales Responsabilités

Contribuer au pilotage SFE, à l’administration quotidienne du CRM Salesforce, aux reportings de performance et au déploiement Power BI, sous la supervision du Responsable AD COMOPS.

• Développer des méthodologies innovantes de Business Intelligence (BI) afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des ventes

• Proposer et créer des dashboard en évolution avec l’organisation et les lancements de produits.
• Suivre et mettre à jour les reporting de ventes destination de la force de ventes.
• Suivre et mettre à jour le pilotage de l’activité de la force de ventes sur la filiale France/ BELUX avec analyse des écarts et recommandations.
• Développer des capacités de BI innovantes (dashboards mobiles, IA, ...)

• Fournir des analyses ad hoc à valeur ajoutée aux acteurs des Business Unit Alexion

• Mettre en évidence les tendances et les écarts dans la performance opérationnelle et faire des recommandations.
• Support sur le processus de segmentation et ciblage des clients

• Soutenir le déploiement du système CRM salesforce.com et BI Power BI

• Administration CRM :  gestion des utilisateurs/profils/partages, création/maintenance d’objets et champs, validation rules, support utilisateurs (N1/N2), suivi des tickets et UAT lors des releases.

QUALIFICATIONS / PROFIL RECHERCHE

Vous avez des connaissances avancées sur Excel (bonne connaissance de VBA) et SQL

Vous possédez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques : Word, Excel, Power Point.

De nature curieuse, vous faites preuve de rigueur et d'organisation.

Vous êtes force de proposition et aimez travailler en équipe.

Une première expérience du monde de l'entreprise et l'anglais courant seraient un plus.
