About the Role
As a Logistics and Customer Service Specialist, you will be essential in ensuring efficient supply chain processes and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include organizing procurement, managing documentation, and resolving logistics challenges. You will collaborate closely with customs authorities and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the procurement process from order placement to receipt at partner warehouses.
  • Manage supply logistics, including coordination with carriers for shipping and customs procedures.
  • Foster strong relationships with customs and logistics entities to uphold product quality.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints within the global AstraZeneca system.
  • Communicate effectively with international manufacturers regarding product quality issues.
  • Verify and translate quality certifications.
  • Handle client payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain comprehensive client documentation and prepare detailed sales reports.
  • Facilitate the preparation and authorization of tender documents.
  • Conduct written and oral translations between English and Ukrainian.
  • Execute tasks assigned by the manager efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Economic Activity, Economics, Finance, Pharmacy, or Philology preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient with PC applications and office technologies.
  • English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Strong planning, priority-setting, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with substantial datasets, documents, and analytics.
  • Team-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
