Job Title: Trixeo FLSM Specialty Care

Introduction to role

Lead the sales team in a highly competitive and complex environment. Be an active and leading member of the cross-functional team, including PM, Medical, Primary Care FLSMs, and Market Access functions, ensuring excellent execution of tactics.

Accountabilities

• Lead the sales team, including account plans, sales analysis, team meetings, and brand tactics in the field.
• Prepare, update, and implement respective plans (Brand Plans) including short- and long-term market share/profitability targets of the brands in your area of responsibility.
• Gather and interpret customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses, and other sector developments to ensure that brand plans reach targets. Integrate these into operational plans and keep plans updated.
• Coach and develop selling skills.
• Visit customers through planned dual visits with the product promotion team/medical team to solve potential problems.
• Build and maintain relationships with Opinion Leaders.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Experience of at least four years as a medical representative
• Effective at teamwork and ability to lead a team
• Ability to create strong relationships with customers and lead KEEs
• Strong analytical skills
• Coaching skills & selling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capable of collaborating effectively with parallel teams
• Ability to engage colleagues across the organization
• Ability to accept changes & fast adaptation, agility skills
• Bachelor’s degree in life science area from a reputable university
• Very good command of written and spoken English.

Desirable Skills/Experience
• Previous experience as an FLSM - an advantage
• Experience in working with specialists in hospitals – an advantage
