AstraZeneca’s vision in Oncology is to help patients by redefining the cancer-treatment paradigm. A broad pipeline of next-generation medicines is focused principally on this disease areas - breast, ovarian, lung and haematological cancers. As well as other tumour types, these are being targeted through
four key platforms - immunotherapy, the genetic drivers of cancer and resistance, DNA damage repair, and antibody drug conjugates, underpinned by personalized healthcare and biomarker technologies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, updating and implementing respective plans (Brand Plans) including short and long-term market share/profitability targets of the brands in his/her area of responsibility.

  • Gathering and interpreting accurately customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses, other developments within the sector and the respective data to ensure that the brand plans will reach the targets, integrating these to the operational plans and keeping plans updated.

  • Leading strategic decisions in order to improve business performance

  • Being an active & leading member of the Brand team including Sales Management, Medical Department, Regulatory Department, Diagnostic and Market Access functions ensuring that the brand strategy and plans are effectively developed and implemented.

  • Visiting customers through planning dual visits with the product promotion team/medical team etc to ensure that possible problems are solved.

  • Building and maintaining relations with Opinion Leaders.

Essential Requirements:

•At least 2 years of PM experience in pharma sector, from specialty TA
• Effective at teamwork and have ability to lead a cross team
• Have a strong scientific knowledge
• Has the ability to create strong relationships with customers and leading KEEs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have a strong analytical skills
• Has the ability to accept changes & fast adaptation, agility skills
• Bachelor’s degree- life science area from a reputable university
• Very good command of written and spoken English
