Introduction to role:
Are you ready to shape GI oncology brands that make a real difference for people living with cancer while accelerating commercial performance? In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution for GI oncology brands, turning sharp insights into decisive actions that shift market share, strengthen profitability, and improve patient access.
You will operate at the center of a high-performing, cross-functional ecosystem—partnering closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Diagnostic, and Market Access—to build and implement brand strategies that deliver at pace. How will you translate complex market dynamics into a clear plan the field can execute with confidence across Israel?
Accountabilities:
Brand Strategy Ownership: Own the creation, update, and implementation of brand plans that set short- and long-term targets for market share and profitability, ensuring clear direction and measurable impact.
Market Insight and Analysis: Gather and interpret customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor insights, and sector developments; integrate these into operational plans to keep strategies current, targeted, and effective.
Strategic Decision Leadership: Lead critical strategic decisions that enhance business performance, demonstrating sound judgment, agility, and an unwavering focus on outcomes.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key member of the brand team—working with Sales Management, Medical, Regulatory, Diagnostic, and Market Access—to ensure strategies are well-designed, aligned, and flawlessly implemented.
Field Enablement and Execution in Israel: Establish bilateral communication with the product promotion team through the FLSM, guide and inform execution, capture feedback, and follow implementation of plans across Israel to ensure consistent delivery.
Global Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with global brand teams and marketing groups to share information, adopt effective practices, and bring global learnings to local execution.
Customer Engagement and Problem Solving: Plan and conduct dual visits with the product promotion team and medical colleagues to address barriers and solve on-the-ground challenges quickly.
KOL Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Opinion Leaders to elevate brand recognition, influence clinical practice, and strengthen advocacy.
Communication and Influence: Keep communication uninterrupted, clear, and sharp; build strong relationships to increase recognition and awareness of brand strategy across relevant functions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
At least 2 years of PM experience in pharma sector, from Oncology Therapy Area and if possible.
Strategic thinker with ability to set product vision
Effective at teamwork and have ability to lead a cross team
Have a strong scientific knowledge
Can create strong relationships with customers and leading KEEs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Have a strong analytical skill
Has the ability to accept changes & fast adaptation, agility skills
Bachelor’s degree- life science area from a reputable university
Very good command of written and spoken English
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Previous experience in Oncology
Master's degree in life sciences or business administration
