Join us as an Innovation and Business Excellence Director, a key role responsible for driving sustainable growth and maximizing value for AstraZeneca in the Israeli pharmaceutical market. Accountabilities:

As an IBex Director, you will be a member of the local senior leadership team, responsible for accelerating growth through innovation strategy and implementation. You will work closely with business leaders to reshape our marketing agenda and coordinate the implementation of key Digital, Innovation and Patient Centricity initiatives. You will also lead the technical operations agenda for Israel IT team and provide support and tools to the entire organization.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in a relevant field (Business Administration, Industrial engineering, Data Science, Healthcare Management, etc.)

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in global organizations in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and driving change initiatives

- Proven business partnering skills across multiple stakeholder groups

- Strong expertise in strategic planning, data analytics, business intelligence, and digital technologies

- Experience in implementing and managing CRM systems and other sales/marketing technologies

- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

- Knowledge of the Israeli healthcare landscape and regulatory environment

- Fluent in English and Hebrew (both written and verbal)

- Experience in global organizations

- Proven track record in commercial operations, sales force effectiveness, or digital marketing
