Accountabilities
- Deliver sales objectives for the assigned brand on a national level aligning with the brand strategy.
- Ensure application of the company core values in your team’s day-to-day activities.
- Plan for your brand customer engagement plan and take all required actions on time to ensure accurate customer engagement.
- Continuously review your team’s level of knowledge and set individual developmental plans.
- Articulate authentic commitment to diversity of representations, thinking, and psychological safety, empower others, and focus on team cohesion.
- Show awareness of personal bias and be attentive to others’ cultures with an open mindset, curiosity, and empathy.
Essential Skills/Experience
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a pharmaceutical company is required.
- Experience in the Immunology/Rheumatology/Specialty market is a must.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Proven managerial and leadership skills.
- Effective interpersonal and team-building skills.
