Vos missions :
En tant qu’Assistant(e) Chargé de QSE, vous participerez à l’élaboration des politiques QSE/HSE, encadré(e) par la responsable environnement travail, en relation avec de nombreux interlocuteurs (internes et externes) :
En qualité :
Mettre à jour les procédures et modes opératoires ;
Suivre les non-conformités et les plans d’actions ;
Préparer les supports pour les audits internes ou externes ;
En sécurité :
Mettre à jour le document unique d’évaluation des risques ;
Organiser les exercices d’évacuation incendie ;
Réaliser l’accueil sécurité des nouveaux arrivants ;
Analyser les accidents/incidents et suivre les actions correctives ;
En environnement :
Suivre et analyser les consommations d’énergie ;
Animer des actions de sensibilisation environnement en collaboration direct avec le pôle RSE ;
Effectuer la veille réglementaire environnementale.
Votre profil :
Étudiant(e) en formation QSE,
Rigoureux(se), autonome, doté(e) d’un bon relationnel et d’une capacité à travailler en équipe.
Compétences appréciées :
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, connaissance des normes QSE, bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
Un bon niveau d’anglais serait un réel plus.
