Its an exciting time to join the GBS HR services team as a Senior Relationship Manager. This a high-impact role at the heart of our HR ecosystem. As a Senior Relationship Manager, HR services, you will be the on-the-ground face of HR services for our US site—Building relationships to ensure you are trusted by senior leaders, employees, and line managers alike. You’ll own the complex, non-standard, and country-specific HR queries that can’t be managed offshore, acting as the single point of contact for our stakeholders and senior managers. You’ll be the go to expert, connecting offshore delivery teams with local needs to ensure seamless, compliant, and best-in-class service. You will serve as the US representative and collaborate as a core team member alongside the Relationship Managers in the UK and Sweden.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert: Serve as the single point of contact for complex, country-specific HR inquiries, providing clear guidance and swift resolution.
- Lead stakeholder partnerships: Build strong, proactive relationships with HRDs, HRLT, and COE Leads. Keep leaders engaged, aligned with the HR services agenda, and informed on critical issues and the latest metrics.
- Bridge global and local delivery: Translate local business needs into actions for offshore service teams, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality.
- Influence outcomes: Shape decisions and elevate service through data, insights, and a strong understanding of US HR operations and compliance.
- Elevate the employee experience: Champion proactive solutions that reduce friction, improve service reliability, and strengthen trust.

- Data fluency—confident working with service metrics, SLAs, and dashboards to inform decisions and action plans.
- Global collaboration—experience working across onshore/offshore models and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in Human Resources (HR) Services
- Experience/comfort in working with and managing senior stakeholders across the business
- Fluent English
- Rigorous and analytical thinking
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and emerging HR digital/automation tools
- Independent and collaborate worker
- Developed commercial and analytical skills
- Professional HR qualification

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $121,014 to $181,521. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
