Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate the creation of patient campaign strategies that build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead implementation of innovative patient digital marketing strategies and programs built on the foundation of what patients need and how they behave.
  • Collaborate across the patient team to use information and data to create and optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage creative projects and digital media activations with our patient and media agencies ensuring best-in-class media plan, performance, and execution.
  • Contribute to a team culture built on the foundation of trust, open communication, and fun.
  • Lead management of patient agency, workflow, and related expense budgets.
  • Participate in the annual operational planning process by assisting in shaping the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the patient stated objectives.
  • Partner with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing materials.
  • Effectively manage marketing budget(s) for areas of responsibility.
  • Be a motivated, high-energy professional with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing data and behavioral-driven marketing strategies and tactics tied to the science that deliver strong results.
  • Advocate passionately to ensure the consumer perspective and voice is represented and considered in all we do.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with a proven ability to work cross-functionally to bring media strategies to life while ultimately driving business results within a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Be a self-starter and out-of-the-box thinker who brings new ideas and tactics to the table to optimize effectiveness of our campaigns with the intent of providing best-in-class care and support for consumers.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 4+ years of total commercial healthcare experience with at least 2 years of patient healthcare marketing; HCP marketing; Digital marketing; market research/analytics healthcare.
  • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners, and budgets.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues.
  • Ability to assess risks and benefits to make timely, sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/or exceeding objectives.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Oncology or specialty care experience
  • Omnichannel execution
  • Product Launch experience
  • Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing)
