Senior Marketing Manager - Immuno Oncology

You will orchestrate branded and unbranded campaigns across channels and functions, grounding every decision in real-world insights from the field. Accountabilities:

  • HCP Strategy Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of personal, nonpersonal, and peer-to-peer HCP marketing strategies in the US, positioning the brand distinctly in a driven environment and driving measurable impact.
  • Omnichannel Orchestration: Build and deliver both branded and unbranded HCP campaigns that integrate seamlessly across channels and functions to support education initiatives and improve reach and relevance.
  • Field Insight Integration: Engage routinely with field teams to capture local insights, and convert them into sharpened promotional messaging, tools, and resources that address real clinical and operational needs.
  • Agency and Budget Stewardship: Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and project budgets (including POs and invoices) to ensure efficient resource allocation and on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Cross-Indication Alignment: Collaborate with peer indication leads across the US to strengthen strategic alignment and ensure consistent, high-impact executional pull-through.
  • Compliance Partnership: Work closely with legal, regulatory, medical, and compliance team members to develop and implement compliant marketing initiatives that meet all standards without slowing momentum.
  • Innovation and Partnerships: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and adopting new partnerships and technologies that elevate HCP engagement and modernize the marketing mix.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience leading personal, nonpersonal, and peer-to-peer HCP marketing strategies in the US market to differentiate brands in competitive categories.
  • Track record creating both branded and unbranded HCP campaign strategies and orchestrating campaigns across channels and functions for education initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with field teams and translate local insights into promotional messaging, tools, and resources.
  • Experience managing partner agency relationships, workflows, and project budgets, including POs and invoices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with peer indication leads to drive strategic alignment and executional pull-through.
  • Experience partnering with legal, regulatory, medical, and compliance team members to deliver compliant marketing initiatives.
  • Experience assisting in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Hands-on immuno-oncology or broader oncology marketing experience, including launch planning and post-launch optimization.
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing platforms, CRM, and digital engagement tactics for HCP audiences, with a focus on measurement and optimization.
  • Experience designing peer-to-peer education programs and KOL engagement strategies that drive behavior change.
  • Comfort with analytics and insight generation to inform targeting, content, and channel mix decisions.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex review processes efficiently.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MPH) is a plus.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from 151, 081.20 & 226,662.80. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
