Senior Director, Oncology Market Access Strategy

Typical Accountabilities: • Leads the exploration for, and evaluation of, a pipeline of potential pricing and contracting strategies and their integration into AZ business • Reviews contracting opportunities for risk and compliance, from a financial and legal perspective. • Encourages exploration of leading edge & novel marketing approaches that provide enhanced competitiveness to current and future AZ brands • Improves efficiency, effectiveness, profitability, and administration of contracting. • Ensures engagement of key stakeholders and governance bodies including: Brand Management Team, brand teams, skill centre leads, Long-Term Incentives and non-commercial functions as appropriate; in supporting the direction of the New Practice organization • Builds and manages a flexible multi-skilled team capable of delivering group’s remit • Serves as a core member of the leadership team, representing emerging new practice issues and opportunities as well as contributing to overall Marketing Strategy purpose Typical People Management Responsibility (direct / indirect reports): • Approximate number of people managed in total (all levels) - • Grandfather (manager of a manager) What is the global remit? Compensation Pay Range:

211,708.00 - 317,562.00 USD Annual

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position is outlined above. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
