Role Overview
As a DigitalCommercialConsultant, you will take on a leadership role inidentifying,leadingand implementingstrategies whichdrivesalesopportunities andsecurecontracts with major pharmaceutical companies. Your primary focus will be toidentifyand capitalize on new business opportunities while developingconsultativestrategic initiatives that positionEvinovaas a trusted partner in digitalclinicalsolutionslevering both SaaS and service delivery models. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to proactively createsales strategies andbusiness plans that address market gaps and deliver transformational value through innovativeEvinovaofferings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Development:Meet and exceed salesand revenuetargetswith a strategic focus on Annual Recurring Revenue and drivingoptimumshare of wallet.Drive the sales strategy byidentifyinghigh-potential leads and opportunities withintop pharma accountsand lead the development of tailored proposals that effectively communicate the value ofEvinova’sdigital health solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic goals.
Client Engagement &Relationship Development:Serve as the primary point ofcommercialcontact for R&D leaders within pharmaceutical organizations. Develop and nurture relationships that establishEvinovaas a strategic partner, shaping digitalsalesstrategies that align with their clinical and operationalobjectives.
Strategic Business Planning:Proactively assess market trends and client needs toidentifygaps in existingclinical developmentorganizationand therapeuticstrategies. Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that outline strategic initiatives aimed at enhancingEvinova’scompetitive positioning and driving revenue growth.
Value Creation & Business Case Development:Collaborate with clients to define and refine digital strategies.Build compelling business cases that articulate the financial and operational impact of proposed solutions. Utilize data-driven insights to quantify benefits, manage risks, and track value realization throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely withEvinova’sproduct, engineering,strategy,scienceand data science teams to translate client needs into actionableproduct requirementswhichleverageexisting andnear termcapabilities. Drive innovation and ensure that our solutions meet thefutureevolving demands of the pharmaceutical landscape.
Change Management & Adoption Strategy:Lead initiatives tofacilitatestakeholder engagement and promote the adoption of digital solutions across clinicaldevelopment,operationsand research teams. Develop training and communication strategies to ensure seamless integration ofnew technologies.
Required Qualifications
Experience:10–15 years in management consulting or healthcare consulting, with a strong focus oncommercially focused strategies that drive new business. Proventrack recordofdeliveringresults in a client-facing role.
Sales & P&L Management:Demonstratedsuccess in drivingsales andrevenue growth andexpansion. Managing P&L responsibilities foreach assigned account, including pricing strategy and margin optimization.
Strategic Business Acumen:Expertisein developing and executing strategic business plans that align with organizational goals and drive market growth.
Digital Health Expertise:In-depth knowledge of digital health technologies, including ePRO/eCOA, remote monitoring solutions, and patient engagement platforms. Experience in evaluating and implementing these solutions in clinical settings.
Financial Modeling & ValueRealization:** Strong capability in financial modeling, includingbenefitsquantification and post-implementation value tracking.
RegulatoryKnowledge:** Familiarity with ICH-GCP,GxP, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to digital health solutions.
Leadership & CommunicationSkills:** Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Education:**Bachelor’sdegree in life sciences, engineering, data science, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
Total Rewards
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 187.312,80 to $280.969,20.Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
