Product Owner, Commercial Cell Therapy
TheProduct Owner Commercial Cell Therapyis a business-facing leader responsible for shaping and deliveringtechnologysolutions forthecommercializationofcell therapy and other advanced modalities, including gene therapy. This role partners closely with brand, patient services, medical, and operations leaders to ensuresuccessfullaunch with particular focus on services that supportpatients and caregiverstosuccessfully access and navigate complex, high-touch treatmentjourneys.
This position plays a critical role in translating scientific innovation intopractical, scalable, and patient-centered solutions, while meeting all regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the senior business partner forglobalcommercialsolutionssupporting cell therapy and new modality portfolios.
Work withsubject matter expertsinmedical,commercial, market accessand other functional areas to shape and define requirements forthe celltherapy and new modality portfolios.
Act as a subject-matter expert inpatient services, including access, affordability, sustainability, and patient safety.
Define andoptimizeend-to-end patient journeys, addressing unique advanced therapy needs such as travellogistics, caregiver support, site coordination, and long-term follow-up.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure patient programs are aligned, seamless, and free of gaps or duplication.
Shape and coordinate strategy across multiple initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and patient-centricobjectives.
Evaluate and guidesolutionsto ensure strong patient experience, business readiness, and value realization.
Identifyopportunities to enhance patient solutions through innovation, including selective use of digital and AI-enabled capabilities.
Mentor and coach team members, strengthening business partnering and patient-focused capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications
Essential
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Significant experienceworking in aregulated pharmaceutical environment
Deep experience leadingpatient solutions for cell therapy, gene therapy, or other advanced modalities
Strong understanding of theUS healthcare systemand patient access landscape
Demonstrated success delivering global patient programs and complex initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
Desirable
Experience leading global, virtual teams
Mentoring or coaching experience
Experience working with external partners or vendors
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from 151,177.60 - 226,766.40 USD Annual (80% - 120%). Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
