Accountabilities
As the Marketing Director – IO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust commercial execution strategy for IO indication(s). Collaborate with your marketing head to craft strategic plans focused on annual brand planning or launch readiness cycles. Work effectively with key partners across Global, Sales, Medical, Diagnostics, Commercial Operations, Managed Markets, and Corporate Affairs to develop strategy and execution plans for indication(s).
What you'll do:
- Lead the commercial marketing strategy and execution planning for indication(s)
- Identify opportunities for recognizing efficiencies and synergies with other indications
- Work cross-functionally to plan customer engagement, evidence generation needs, sales readiness, as well as communications and promotional execution
- Monitor and diagnose indication performance and prepare updates to the brand team
- Work closely with sales and sales effectiveness teams to ensure execution pull-through
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and contribute to the vibrant and dynamic brand team culture
- Develop and understand the forecast, sales targets, brand investments, and trade-offs across the overall brand
- Motivate cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and incorporate innovative approaches to increasing awareness and uptake in marketed indications
- Develop and deliver indication presentations to leadership, cross-functional, and field organizations
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- At least 5 years of pharma marketing in an ex-US or US market
- Demonstrated strong performance track record
- Exhibit high capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience in US Oncology marketing
- Customer-facing Oncology Experience
- Experience leading Oncology marketers
- Postgraduate degrees such as MBA
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 180,875.20 - 271,312.80 USD Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
