Introduction to role:
As the Head of Medical Evidence, you'll spearhead the portfolio of Medical and Real-World Evidence initiatives in our Vaccines & Immune Therapies (V&I) therapeutic area. You'll lead a team of scientific and strategic leaders, ensuring high-quality and impactful evidence programs that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
Lead the development and delivery of innovative evidence programs for the V&I therapeutic area.
Oversee the Evidence Review Team to ensure scientific and operational excellence.
Collaborate with global, regional, and local colleagues to align on evidence initiatives.
Provide strategic oversight and drive innovation within the V&I therapy area.
Mentor and lead the V&I Evidence Strategy team towards industry leadership.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Master's degree or Ph.D. in a health research-related field.
10 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, life science industry, research, or consulting
Extensive experience with primary and secondary data, clinical development, or evidence-related activities.
Comprehensive knowledge of drug development processes in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Proven leadership and management skills in a matrix environment.
Persuasive communicator with a collaborative mindset in a multi-cultural setting.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $271K to $406K. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
