Digital Innovation Specialist
In this role, you will use pioneering digital solutions, including AI and generative AI, to build impactful value across our organization. Working closely with IT and cross-functional teams, you will develop high-impact use cases, optimize processes, and introduce innovative tools and methods. Accountabilities:
- Develop and prioritize automation, AI, and generative AI use cases to improve biologics operations.
- Partner with IT to align on enterprise-wide digital tools and methodologies, ensuring superlative integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver data and AI-driven solutions that enhance value.
- Follow AI trends and advancements in pharmaceuticals and manufacturing to apprise strategic initiatives.
- Contribute AI expertise to digital twins, computational modeling, and data analytics projects.
- Advocate for business priorities by promoting and defending use cases that align with organizational goals.
- Support strategic digital projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and company objectives.
- Share knowledge, tools, and efficient approach to foster collaboration across teams.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, computer science, engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related).
- 3-5 years of experience in developing business cases and prioritizing initiatives, with a focus on ML, AI, generative AI, or digital solutions.
- Consistent record of delivering successful digital tools or platforms that have ushered impact in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing.
- Highly aware of AI applications and emerging trends, with the ability to apply them to biologic operations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to integrate and implement digital solutions.
- Excellent communication to articulate intricate ideas and champion business-driven use cases.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in biologics manufacturing is highly desirable.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $116,670- $175,006.
Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
