Delivery Manager - Evinova

As a Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for leading large, complex initiatives working with cross product teams and dependencies, reporting to the Head of Delivery ExcellenceYou will be responsible formaintaining the resources, finances, and delivery plans for the initiatives. This role is key to the success of the Evinova business, ensuring the successful delivery of our key business initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.The Delivery Manager will work closely with the Product Leadership team (especially the Product Owner and Product Engineering Leader), ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiative Leadership: Drive the delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring alignment across product roadmaps, engineering plans, and business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use data-driven tools and metrics to track progress, ensure delivery maturity, and align outcomes with product value.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead regular planning cycles in collaboration with leadership to ensure a unified, integrated roadmap and delivery plan.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across product, engineering, strategy, and design to ensure organizational alignment and delivery success.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Minimum 5 years of leading complex programs

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

  • Advance Degree preferred  

  • Ability to lead and influence strategically while persuading thoughtfully, to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining effective, positive, organizational relationships 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting with internal and external partners 

  • Ability to challenge the status quo, take ownership, and be accountable while also holding others accountable 

  • Experience managing a matrixed team and working globally 

  • Superb communication skills and an ability to create clarity from ambiguity 

  • Shown leadership abilities promoting, motivating, and empowering others to accomplish objectives 

  • Passion for patients and customers, representing the needs of both in decision-making 

  • Continuous Improvement approach with experience to understand how to take a pragmatic approach 


Desirable:

  • Knowledge of industry good practices and standards such as ISO (multiple), GAMP GxP, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR, GDPR, CMMI, ITIL, and GDPR. 

  • Experience in Digital Health with a solid understanding of healthcare 

  • Software DevOps experience 

  • Experience working in a global organization with a complex/geographical context 

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $142,740.80 - $214,111.20. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
