Cell Therapy Supply Chain Logistics, Sr Analyst

This role is part of the Cell Therapy Supply Chain team tasked with supporting critical development of supply chain logistics capability and process. We ask that you plan, escalate issues to ensure successful project delivery.

We are looking for Sr Logistics Analyst to join our team. You will help optimize our supply chain processes and logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will be to build financial and related data models that analyze logistics-related spending, forecasting, and performance. You will use your finance and analytics expertise to provide insights that enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making in logistics. You will report to the Senior Director, Global Logistics.

You Will:

  • Develop financial and related data models to analyze logistics-related spending, forecasts, and performance. 

  • Use various data analysis tools for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. 

  • Analyze logistics vendor performance and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance service levels. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain planning, and finance, to streamline logistics processes and improve overall efficiency. 

  • Assist in the planning transportation and distribution strategies to ensure and cost-effective delivery of products. 

  • Participate in supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting and budgeting. 

  • Recommend improvements in logistics processes, including warehouse management, shipping, and receiving activities. 

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate financial findings, forecasts, and recommendations to stakeholders. 

You Have:

  • Six (6) years with BS/BA, or four (4) years with MS/MA, in logistics, supply chain management, finance or a related field. 

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in logistics analysis or a related role, with a strong focus on financial modeling and analytics. 

  • Strengths in finance and analytics, particularly in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost and pricing analysis. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence, Smartsheet, analysis tools. 

  • Experience in logistics vendor performance analysis and KPI analysis. 

  • Knowledge of healthcare logistics is essential; knowledge of advanced therapies is a plus. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. 

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $85,012.00 to $127,518.00. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
