Associate Director, SAP Plan to Deliver Business Process Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plan to Deliver Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will maintain our SAP processes, ensuring efficient delivery of products across our supply chain. We are looking for an understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, SAP configurations, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with our teams, you will leverage your expertise in SAP technology to help achieve improved outcomes and sustainable results.

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP and planning solutions with other business systems.

  • Experience delivering complex multi-year transformation programs involving SAP's plan to deliver capabilities and advanced planning tools.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes within SAP including MRP, MES

  • Expertise in SAP design, specializing in the development of essential process blocks and end-to-end business processes for production and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).

  • Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both functional team members and technology teams.

  • Participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, ensuring on-budget delivery.

  • Provide ongoing support for SAP Plan to Deliver applications, resolving issues and providing user training.

  • Develop reports to provide insights into supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • A strategic manager who can assimilate large amounts of complex and diverse information and focus on the core ideas and issues.

  • Create comprehensive documentation for processes, training materials, and system configurations.

Education and Experience:

  • 8+ Years with BS/BA; 6+ Years with MS/MA or MBA.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with SAP Plan to Deliver processes and modules.

  • Experience working on large scale technology programs and digital transformation projects in cell therapy or Pharma or biotech space

  • Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production order, Order Scheduling, Capacity Evaluation/leveling, BOM, Routing, MES and PLM integration

  • Experience and understanding of Advanced Planning and detail capacity scheduling solutions that integrate with SAP.

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Inspection, Quality Planning

  • Design clinical and commercial business processes that are efficient and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.

  • Lead use case analysis, create prototypes, blueprint, develop functional design specifications, map processes, oversee the build, conduct testing and validation and go-live activities.

  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP modules associated with Plan to Deliver processes, including SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP SCM.

  • Experience driving change management programs.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $114,524.80 to $171,787.20. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
