Our role:

The Global Medical Publications and CODE organization is dedicated to driving the adoption and real-world impact of scientific insights while shaping the landscape of emerging biomarker markets. The team plays a central role in project oversight, budget stewardship, and long-term planning, ensuring seamless execution across initiatives. This function also manages tracking and metrics, strengthens communication, and supports cross-functional alignment, providing essential operational guidance to advance the goals of the Global Medical Publications and CODE team.

This role will report to the Evidence Generation to Publication Portfolio Director and will work closely with the entire Global Medical Publications and CODE Team and the cross functional teams. This role will interact with both internal and external partners, vendors etc.

The ideal candidate excels at developing coordinated, globally scalable plans that can be accomplished seamlessly across cross-functional teams. They bring strong critical thinking, effective problem-solving, and a collaborative approach, paired with the confidence to make timely, informed decisions. Through these capabilities, they help advance the broader objectives of the OBU Medical Publications and CODE organization.

The ideal candidate will work in a highly effective way to develop integrated plans that can be delivered globally and across cross-functional boundaries. They can demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. They work collaboratively and act decisively to support OBU Medical Publications and the CODE team.

Required experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated medical products industry including a minimum of 3 years experience in Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D organizations (Global, regional, or local)
  • Demonstrated project management experience in a matrix environment
  • Experience successfully influencing cross functionally, cross-culturally and across multiple teams
  • Experience working effectively in a multi-cultural, matrixed environment
  • Experience working in a global setting, managing stakeholders across different time zones
  • Experience preparing and/or delivering presentations to executive leadership Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

Preferred Requirements:

  • Graduate level degree in sciences or business
  • Six Sigma Medical/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification is a plus but not required
  • Depth of understanding of medical, scientific and/or commercial pharmaceutical marketplace of Oncology

  • Proficiency in digital tools, SharePoint management, and dashboard creation
  • Encourage a vibrant, entrepreneurial and externally facing team focused on the delivery of successful projects and programs that support courageous leadership, innovation and collaboration
  • Collaborate strongly with other Project Leaders to embed best practice
  • Flexible approach and dedication to efficient productivity

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,056-$187,585. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
