Associate Director, NPP Marketing (Breast)

Accountabilities:
As the Associate Director of Non-Personal Promotion (NPP) for Breast, you will lead the strategy for our digital and non-personal promotion marketing multichannel plan. Your focus will include digital strategy integration with personal promotion, understanding consumer and market insights, planning and deploying media strategies, and developing comprehensive strategies with clear performance metrics. Reporting directly to the US Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute our marketing plan across current and future indications.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with digital marketing is required (strategy and execution)
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: digital marketing, consumer marketing, HCP marketing, media planning, market research/analytics or strategic planning, brand marketing, business innovation
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of cross-functional and technical members to achieve outcomes
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Oncology or specialty care experience
- Omnichannel execution experience
- Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Patient marketing)
