Shift - Nights 6pm-6am W/ a rolling schedule (5 days on week 1, and 2 days on week 2.. repeating this cadence)

In this role, you'll spend 70-80% of your time on the shop floor, supervising operations and coaching staff to meet performance expectations. You'll own Tier 1 meetings to coordinate resources and execute production schedules. Off-floor, you'll generate SOPs, monitor documentation, collaborate on problem-solving, and lead project teams. Your expertise in electronic quality systems and strong communication skills will be vital in troubleshooting and proposing solutions.

Accountabilities

- Knowledgeable of the current Code of the Federal Regulations (CFR’s) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s)
- Sufficient understanding of process, systems, and equipment to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to senior management
- Expert knowledge of electronic quality systems
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thoroughly investigate/perform root cause analysis, identify potential issues, and propose solutions through verbal and written communication
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of practical problems
- Ability to apply common sense understanding and knowledge of when to stop and seek input and approval from management
- Monitors daily operations of a unit and actively assists, or provides direction to, subordinates as required
- May perform, especially in staff or professional groups, ongoing operational tasks of organizational unit
- Situational Leadership
- Good organizational skills

Essential Skills/Experience:
- 5-7 years work experience in pilot or commercial biologics manufacturing under cGMP with Bachelors. 
- 3-5 years experience with Masters degree.  
- 10-15 years experience with Associates Degree 
- 15+ years experience with High School education.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- BS/BA degree preferred in biological sciences or biotechnology/life sciences.  
- Masters degree accepted.
- Associates and High School Diploma acceptable with appropriate experience

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $91,257.60 to $136,886.40Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors
