Join our dynamic Operations team as a Material Handler, where you'll follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in daily activities. Your role will involve receiving, picking, shipping, equipment monitoring, and material control. You'll also have the opportunity to revise SOP’s, initiate and complete deviations, and provide leadership to other team members. 

Shift Scheduled:

-Will be rotating 4- 10's plus flex

-The schedule consists of 4, 10hr days per week with varying days off in between each shift

-The schedule is as follows: 4 days on 1 day off / 4 days on 2 days off/ 4days on 3 days off/ 4 days on 6 days off

Accountabilities:
As a Material Handler, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including delivery for production at GPF, managing the expired material program, supporting freeze/thaw activities, handling non-GMP and GMP shipments (including hazmat), controlling cell bank, and intrasite transport of DS and kits. You'll also be on call for after-hours cell phone support. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma
- MH-II  0-2 years experience
-MH-III 2-5 years of experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Class C commercial drivers license (CDL) with hazmat endorsement required. 
- Training and certification in shipment of hazardous materials and forklift operation.

-Some college course work in Business, Life sciences.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $50,251.20 to $75,376.80 Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
