Typical Accountabilities- Work as part of a team to achieve manufacturing and quality goals.- Resolve technical issues and provides technical guidance to team members and internal customers.- Actively seek out information to resolve problems and support informed decision-making.- Ensure that agreed priorities are executed and projects are delivered according to plan including any sustainability objectives.- Support project delivery by analysing information to determine project requirements, and agreeing on action plans with project stakeholders.- Ensure personal compliance with Health, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards.- Contribute to continuous improvement activities utilising appropriate lean tools.- Draft analysis, recommendations, and reports to inform business cases, improvement plans, investigations, and performance improvements at higher business levels.- Support on-going change management.- Eager to build skills in, quickly adapt to, and embrace new digital tools and technologies.- Collaborate with team members to support digital adoption within the area.- Participate in personal development activities and responsible for the development of less experienced team members.Qualifications and SkillsEssential: Bachelor’s Degree or working towards a professional qualification, OR High School/Technical/Associate/Vocational diploma with equivalent experience.
