Since 2013, Astra Zeneca’s facility in Blanchardstown (Alexion), Dublin has served as the Company’s Global Supply Chain and Operations headquarters. The site, which will be home to a large-scale biologics manufacturing facility, is also used to house packaging and testing operations in support of our Global Manufacturing network.

About the Opportunity:
The role is suitable for those about to graduate and broadly includes administrative and project support to the Corporate Affairs and HR teams. You’ll get to arrange meetings, maintain databases, monitor project progress and support with internal communications aligned to strategic priorities.
Other responsibilities include:
Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies
Support the organization of events, including employee engagement activities and corporate meetings
Help in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation for HR and Corporate Affairs
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends relevant to Corporate Affairs and HR
Assist in maintaining and updating databases and records
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and website maintenance
Assist in the design and development of internal communications assets/templates
Qualification, Skills & Experience
Ongoing studies in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to tasks.
