As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives!
Sales representative responsible for selling a specific product or group of products. Technical expert of specific company products, therapeuticclassesor patient needs, calling on specialists. Typicallyestablishlong-term relationships with key customers. Generallyhavepriorexperiencein pharmaceutical sales.
Accountabilities
Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
Engagespecialtycarehealthcare professionals in dialogue aboutapproved indicationsand product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing forappropriate patients.
Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Develop andmaintainin-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets informationrelativeto assigned sales territory.
Comply withall regulationsregardinginteractions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record Essential Skills and Capabilities
• Customer Focus: Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Collaborative: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills/Experience
• Experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and primary care operations
