  • Influence a high number of local cross-functional stakeholders to align actions, remove barriers, and accelerate timelines.

  • Global Alignment: Ensure priorities and plans are aligned locally, regionally, and globally with both business and operations teams, maintaining coherence across the end-to-end launch process.

  • Work in the field and interact externally with decision-makers to validate assumptions, refine access strategies, and secure crucial support.

  • Connect and engage internal teams across markets to share and follow good launch practices, strengthening consistency and quality.

  • Manage digital solutions for automated oversight of pipeline products, enabling timely, reliable data to guide decisions and monitor risk.

  • Map and analyze competitor dynamics to anticipate moves, inform positioning, and protect launch advantage.

  • In the near term, deliver robust feasibility assessments and stakeholder alignment for priority assets; over time, establish repeatable launch discipline across multiple products, improving speed to market and patient access.
