Content Delivery Manager Nordics (Denmark)

The role
The GCS Content Delivery Manager (CDM) is a member of the GBS Commercial Services (GCS)’s Global Production Team and reports to the Content and Omnichannel Delivery Director Canada, UK, Nordics. Working directly with regional/local brand teams, the CDM will be accountable for delivery of GCS production services/ projects. Serving as the point of contact for brand teams and creative agencies, this individual must have the ability to partner effectively with key stakeholders and understand business and customer experience goals. The CDM will work closely with preferred suppliers and internal cross-functional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects. You will be covering the Nordic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway).
You will be located in our Copenhagen office, and you are expected to be on-site three days per week.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for content production across the Nordics Region, including timelines, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Build strong partnerships with Digital, Omnichannel and Brand Leads to understand market needs and align GCS service offerings.
Overseeing content and assembly work for AZ web portals and in-market content & creative studio in Nordics.
Drive the deployment and full adoption of GCS Production and Creative Services in Nordics, maximizing value and impact.
Ensure all content assets are delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected quality across various omnichannel formats.
Coordinate activities with outsourced suppliers and global content partners to ensure operational alignment and value optimization.
Gather feedback, track service performance, and collaborate with GCS leadership to enhance continuous improvement.
Contribute to regional change management efforts to onboard markets onto new content solutions and delivery processes.
Monitor delivery KPIs and provide transparency into service levels, volumes, and performance trends.
Monitor and confirm accurate financial tracking for local and shared services.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry.
Oral and written fluency in Business English and Danish.
Experience in content production or omnichannel marketing operations.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Cultural awareness and stakeholder engagement experience.
Previous collaboration with external partners/vendors preferred.
