Role overview
In this hands-on role, you will act as a central coordinator within the GI & Hematology franchise, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. You will support the capture and structuring of business needs, enabling effective planning and delivery of projects and activities across the franchise.
With a structured and proactive approach, you will promote consistent ways of working and ensure that processes, systems, and compliance requirements are adhered to.
As a self-driven professional, you take ownership of your work, manage multiple priorities, and ensure progress through collaboration and structured follow-up with stakeholders.
The role is based in Denmark.
Key accountabilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects and events across the franchise.
Project Ownership of selected flagship activities incl omnichannel approach.
Creation and upload of VAEs, SoMe advertisement (LinkedIn, FB) in collaboration with marketing managers, omnichannel managers and Strategic Account Managers.
Support the execution of cross-functional brand and business plans, projects and events and make day-to-day prioritization based on business needs.
Support digitalization of Meeting and Event management process.
Ensure all activities and deliverables are completed professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with processes.
Manage purchase orders and support timely and accurate financial administration.
Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and partners to support project execution.
Apply and leverage digital platforms and tools to enable integrated project delivery.
Maintain structured ways of working and ensure alignment through regular communication and updates.
Monitor progress and follow up on tasks, ensuring stakeholders are accountable for their responsibilities.
Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and collaboration.
Essential skills
Relevant experience in project coordination, event management, or business support in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to work in a structured way and ensure tasks are delivered to high standards and within timelines.
Experience in coordinating stakeholders across functions and levels, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Financial and administrative experience, including handling purchase orders, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely payments.
High level of accountability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with processes and guidelines.
Digital mindset with experience using systems and tools to manage projects and workflows.
Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
Desirable
Experience from the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
