Internship opportunity in Government Affairs OBU
The GA team's workload has increased particularly in the oncology department recently mainly due to its key role in terms of business. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Oncology Government Affairs team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience by supporting all institutional activities and fostering relationships with patient associations. You'll help us manage our growing operations within the Oncology franchise.
Accountabilities
Support the government affairs team by delivering the following functions:
- Distribution of information received: institutional agendas, industry news, press summaries, etc.
- Support in relations with external partners and internal areas of the company (such as legal or compliance teams)
- Document elaboration (Word, PowerPoint), including material translation
- TA functions:
- Meetings organization and attendance including minutes writing
- Veeva approvals
- Contractual agreements
- Collaborate and take on some of the projects currently underway
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with patient associations
- Assist in coordinating and executing institutional activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote the Oncology franchise's goals
Essential Skills/Experience
- Degree in international relations, political science, law, science, or journalism
- C1 level of English
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Interest in public administration, health science, innovation and oncology, political and economic affairs
