As a Commercial Business Director for the CVRM Primary Care Team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging our scientific capabilities to positively impact patients' lives!
Accountabilities
- Understand disease states and treatment protocols prevalent in primary care settings and varied healthcare environments, influencing healthcare providers through evidence-based discussions.
- Apply strong analytical objectivity to focus on prescribing patterns and optimize account strategies.
- Implement effective resource management strategies to impact lower-scale and high-frequency environments while enforcing accountability within sales plans.
- Establish business objectives, evaluate performance, and get results through effective execution of Brand strategies.
- Ensure sales forecasts and operational budgets are met or exceeded within the therapeutic area at a regional level.
- Foster a Growth Mindset, continuous learning, and improvement by using new technology and data insights to enhance patient care and streamline process efficiency.
- Communicate and implement a vision that aligns with broader organizational goals and local priorities of primary care.
- Inspire a culture that embraces curiosity, ownership, accountability, and engagement within the team through mentoring, coaching, and continuous feed forward.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of demonstrated Sales or Commercial experience or a combination of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry
- 5+ years proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $203,816 to $305,724 . Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program and commission payment eligibility. Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
