Introduction to Role:
Are you passionate about data and its potential to drive decision-making in a global supply chain? We are seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex data sets, use digital tools like SQL or Python for data manipulation, and create visualizations that positively impact business processes. You will also have the chance to utilize automation tools such as Power Automate and RPA to enhance efficiency. 

Accountabilities:
As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be expected to have a good understanding of various aspects of supply chain analytics. Your role will involve diving deep into specific areas to meet project needs, analyzing data, developing recommendations, and coordinating activities for the success of different initiatives. You will also be responsible for enhancing communication capabilities, managing collaborators, influencing stakeholders, and developing strong technical knowledge in supply chain management and logistics.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Analytics and Business Intelligence, with a focus on Logistics and supply chain
- Proficiency in building dashboards, preferably utilizing Power BI or Qlikview
- Proficiency in process automation and app development using No/Low Code platforms, with a preference for Power Automate and Power App
- Proficiency in storytelling with data, utilizing digital tools /Key programming fundamentals in Python, Spark, SQL, or similar languages
- Experience working in an SAP environment
- Ability to consistently meet demanding deadlines
- Skilled in effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders across teams, regions, and disciplines to harness their valuable insights
- Demonstrated adaptability and effectiveness in managing ambiguity and change within an Agile environment

- Professional certifications in widely utilized BI tools
- Familiarity with key metrics and KPIs of Supply chain processes such as Demand planning, Supply planning, etc.
- Academic or professional background in Supply chain management
- Certifications or exposure to process improvement methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma, etc.
- Proficiency in storytelling with data, utilizing digital tools like SQL or Python to manipulate and visualize data
