Job Title: Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Grade - D3

Introduction to role

Join a world-leading pharmaceutical company as a Senior SAP Basis Consultant. Operating in over 100 countries and headquartered in the United Kingdom, you will be a senior member of a technical team within a large SAP Infrastructure team spanning continents.

Accountabilities

  • Provide technical support for SAP Systems run on HANA Database in On-Premises & AWS
  • Respond to end user tickets in a timely manner, owning basis issues to resolution
  • Performance tuning and optimization of mission-critical systems running on HANA DB
  • Deployment of SAP Systems on AWS
  • Monitor SAP System landscape for issues and undertake troubleshooting activities to resolve problems
  • Perform System installation, upgrades, and migration using SWPM and SUM tools

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Senior SAP Basis Consultant with 9 to 12 years in SAP Basis and good working knowledge on HANA DB is a must
  • Willing to work in shift patterns
  • Working knowledge related to SAP Basis tasks in Solution Manager is mandatory
  • Experience in deploying SAP Workloads in AWS

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Preferably an Engineering qualification (B.E / B.Tech) or equivalent
