As a Senior Manager in Process Mining, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our capabilities and delivering impactful Celonis solutions across AstraZeneca. Accountabilities
Collaborate with business collaborators and lead a team of Process Mining Consultants to complete end-to-end projects that deliver tangible value.
Translate business requirements into data/process models using process mining techniques.
Identify necessary data sources and support your team with data extractions, transformations (ETL), and visualizations to deliver insights.
Develop automated workflows to enable proactive process interventions.
Essential Skills/Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree
At least 3 years’ experience working on Process Mining or Process Data & Analytics projects
At least 1 year experience in a managerial position focusing on project management and/or managing analytical teams
Fluency with relational databases using SQL queries on large datasets is a must
Experience in producing visualisations to communicate process data effectively in data visualisation tools (Celonis/Tableau/Power BI or similar)
Analytical skills to be able to discover, analyse and draw insight from complex data sets
Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders daily and build strong relationships
Organized, self-motivated and energetic attitude
Hands-on experience in a Process Mining Tool (Celonis, UiPath, QPR, Minit, Signavio etc.) will be a strong advantage
Knowledge of at least 1 functional area processes (Finance, HR, R&D, Operations etc.) and related Source System datasets is nice to have
Python programming skills are appreciated but not required
Fluent in business English
