As Senior Manager, you will set the vision, build the roadmap, and own delivery for AI-led finance products. You will be empowered to prioritize what matters, collaborate with top talent, and see your work land—at pace and at scale.
Accountabilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Define product vision and roadmap for finance transformation initiatives demonstrating AI/ML, analytics, automation, and modern data platforms; align priorities with Finance leadership and enterprise strategy to deliver measurable outcomes.
Business Analysis and Requirements: Lead discovery and process analysis; build epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria; document end-to-end requirements, non-functional needs, and data dependencies to ensure visibility and quality at every stage.
Collaborator Engagement: Facilitate workshops with Finance, Data, Tech, and Compliance collaborators; handle expectations, resolve ambiguity, and drive consensus on scope and success metrics to unlock decision-making and momentum.
Delivery Leadership: Serve as Product Owner for one or more agile squads; prioritize backlog, handle sprints, and ensure delivery against outcomes; support solution design, testing, and readiness so products are usable, reliable, and scalable.
Data and AI Use Cases: Identify, qualify, and shape AI-led use cases (forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliations, close optimization, working capital insights); partner with data science and engineering to operationalize models and embed them in day-to-day work.
Process and Controls: Reinvent finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A) with automation and analytics; ensure solutions meet control, audit, and regulatory standards to sustain trust and compliance.
Organizational Change and Adoption: Develop rollout, training, and communication plans; supervise adoption and value realization; refine products based on feedback and performance to enhance impact and value.
Continuous Improvement: Supervise emerging technologies and procedures; propose enhancements and new capabilities to keep Finance at the innovative and continuously improve.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Product strategy and vision-setting for finance transformation initiatives demonstrating AI/ML, analytics, automation, and modern data platforms, aligned to enterprise strategy.
Hands-on business analysis and requirements management, including discovery, process analysis, epics, features, user stories with acceptance criteria, non-functional needs, and data dependencies.
Shown collaborator engagement across Finance, Data, Tech, and Compliance, with experience facilitating workshops, resolving ambiguity, and building consensus on scope and success metrics.
Agile delivery leadership as a Product Owner, including backlog prioritization, sprint management, solution design support, testing oversight, and readiness activities focused on outcomes.
Practical experience identifying and shaping AI-led use cases (forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliations, close optimization, working capital insights) and operationalizing models with data science and engineering.
Expertise reimagining finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A) using automation and analytics while meeting control, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Organizational change and adoption planning, including training, communications, value tracking, and product iteration based on user feedback and performance.
Continuous improvement approach, supervising emerging technologies and procedures and proposing enhancements to keep Finance at the pioneering.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Professional background in finance transformation within large, sophisticated organizations, ideally with exposure to regulated environments.
Familiarity with enterprise finance and data platforms (for example, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Snowflake, Databricks) and modern data integration patterns.
Understanding of control frameworks and compliance standards (such as SOX), data privacy, model risk management, and audit considerations for AI/ML.
Experience with MLOps, feature stores, and model monitoring to sustain production AI capabilities.
Relevant qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or MBA; training in product management, design thinking, or agile at scale.
Track record leading global, cross-functional initiatives and landing measurable value in Finance.
