Accountabilities
Design, development, implementation, maintenance of Automation & Integration Solutions to improve Enterprise IT Management Tools & Systems
Build automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline IT processes, system monitoring, and data extraction
Automate alerting, remediation, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
Develop and handle pipelines in SnapLogic for process automation and data transformation
Create and maintain Power Automate flows for task automation, file management, and report generation
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing integrations and automations to ensure reliability and performance
Document integration workflows, automation processes, and support knowledge transfer to team members
Must demonstrate the capability to identify and propose innovative solutions to improve service performance
Essential Skills/Experience
Relevant qualifications in Enterprise IT Automation and Integration Tools
Proven experience with API Management tools such as MuleSoft, Snaplogic, Azure API Management
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relative field, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business insight
Proven experience of being a great partner with 3rd party suppliers
Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines
8~12 years of experience in build, develop, implement automation solutions for IT Infrastructure Management Tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco, Splunk, Netbox, Tanium, Aternity or similar tools
Experience working on building integrations that consume external APIs or build APIs for external systems consumption
Experience with Continuous Integration and building continuous delivery pipelines, such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Code Deploy
Strong customer handling and communication skills (must), ability to collect requirements, translate requirements into technical design (detailed design), development of requirement, fix any defects, support UAT
Experience in scripting and related languages like JavaScript, PHP, Python, PowerShell, Perl, etc
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills/Experience
Well versed in ITIL V3.0 practices and process
Agile Methodology
Knowledge of Software Development Cycle
Certification in Mulesoft, Snaplogic
Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation, and cross-cultural working
Experience in handling Agile based delivery model and able to produce high quality work
Experience in working on Large Enterprise Environment globally supporting & working with geographically remote colleagues
Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
Experience in working with AIOps Tools
