Accountabilities:
In this dynamic role, you'll prioritize and interpret business requirements from multiple partners, simplifying them for easy analysis, solution design, and decision-making. You'll provide insight and innovation to projects within your specialist area, aligning with AstraZeneca's IT strategy and collaborating with IT partners. Leading design sessions with the business and implementation team to identify functional and technical requirements will be part of your responsibilities. You'll define project scope and goals for large multi-functional, strategic, and complex projects that deliver or support effective solutions. Communication with relevant collaborators and transferring knowledge to delivery teams will also be key aspects of your role.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years of overall experience, with 5 years of relevant Business Analysis & Project Management experience
- Demonstrable experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
- Demonstrable experience of successfully participating in IT projects end to end, both waterfall and agile
- Proven experience of working with complex integrated systems
- Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Experience of working in a regulated environment
- Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
- Experience of working with and handling third party suppliers/vendors
- Experience in Data Analysis using SQL
- Experience in handling Data Analytics programmes that involves ETL, UI/UX and visualization tools like PowerBI
- Exposure to the latest trends in the field of Data Analytics
- Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Degree in relevant field or formal certification in business analysis practice
- Practical usage of Agile Methodology
- Experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context
- Cross industry business awareness/business domain knowledge
- Knowledge of standard systems that gather Payments and expenses (e.g., SAP, Veeva, Concur)
