Are you ready to apply your expertise in SAP EWM/WM to make a real impact? As a Senior Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of redefining our ability to develop life-changing medicines. With 8 to 11 years of experience in SAP EWM/WM and a specific focus on S/4 HANA Implementation Projects, you'll handle everything from solutioning to deployment, covering key areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Internal warehouse movements, Production staging, and physical inventory. Your role is essential in empowering the business to perform at its peak and lead a new way of working.

Accountabilities

As a SAP EWM/WM expert, you'll cover design to deployment across project phases. You'll facilitate workshops to collect and map business requirements, perform detailed analysis of business processes, and implement business solutions. Handling Data Migration with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit will be part of your responsibilities. You'll work multi-functionally across teams and collaborators, with a willingness to work in shifts and flexible work schedules. Are you ready to take on this challenge?

Essential Skills/Experience

• Expertise in the respective business domain and on SAP EWM with S/4 HANA.

• SAP EWM implementation / roll-out experience from design to completion of deployment.

• Good knowledge on SAP Warehouse management and its integration with MM, PP & QM.

• Track record of delivering SAP configuration design.

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse management (EWM).

• Good process knowledge of EWM processes like Inbound, Outbound, Internal warehouse movements, Production staging, physical inventory etc.

• Should have hands on experience in setting up warehouse set up with POSC, LOSC, WOCR, Wave picking, PPF etc.

• Experience of Pharmaceutical supply chain business activities and the required business outcomes within the relevant capability area.

• Multi-functional solution skills on SAP EWM integration with MM, SD, PP, QM & TM functions.

• Proficient in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework within SAP EWM with hands-on experience.

• Experience in creation of Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc.

• Excellent teamplayer who collaborates effectively across the program team and communicates adeptly in both business and IT languages.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and possessing an agile and open attitude.

• Keeps self, up to date on latest S/4 technologies and functionalities.

• Demonstrable ability to work independently as well as part of a Team.

• Good communication and presentation skills, attentive to detail.

• Self-motivated, demonstrated personal credibility and positive energy.

• Able to deliver large work efforts and meet ambitious deadlines.

• Able to think out of the box, thrive in ambiguous and stressful situations.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Knowledge on SAP MM, SAP TM and SAP ABAP Debugging.

• Involved in 1 full life cycle S/4HANA greenfield Implementation of Embedded EWM or Decentralised EWM.

• Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/IOS app/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design.

• Worked in a hybrid environment with a mix of internal and external resources in multiple geographical locations.

• Knowledge of non-SAP technologies in the relevant line of business eg WCS, AGV, MES, QCLIMS.

• Experience In Interface Development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services).

• Exposure to testing tools.

• Jira and Solution Manager for handling Change Management process as a User.

• Data Migration with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.

• Awareness about SAP Activate, EML, Agile, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, BPML & Testing Tools.
