Join a dynamic functional team working on a large-scale SAP support and maintenance project that spans multiple SAP landscapes worldwide. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and supporting these landscapes, ensuring seamless operations and progressive solutions.
Accountabilities:
As a Functional Consultant, you'll address SAP issues reported by business users and deliver essential changes and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include:
Completing tasks assigned by the team lead and project coordinator.
Interacting with business users for requirement gathering and providing timely updates on progress.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Broad functional knowledge in your domain and in-depth technical knowledge in SAP ATTP (Advance Track & Trace for Pharma) module.
Proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP landscapes.
Good understanding of business processes in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain.
Good understanding of GS1 Standards and other Standardization in Product Packaging & Logistics supply.
Detailed knowledge in Product Supply & Distribution in the Supply Chain.
Ability to understand business functional specifications and prepare Solution Documentation for the proposed SAP Solution.
Exposure to highly customized SAP environments and working on collaborate with non-SAP systems.
Very good understanding of integration of SAP modules in end-to-end business processes.
Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management.
Ability to work in large and diverse teams.
Exposure to Run SAP (Solution Manager) methodologies.
Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a validated environment.
Should be able to guide and mentor junior members of the team.
Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well versed in English. Excellent spoken and written skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Experience working in a Globally distributed team.
