  • Design and own the agentic AI control library and implement automated policy enforcement.
  • Engineer tiered environments with segregation of duties and controlled ALM pipelines.
  • Author solution design patterns and maintain a catalog of approved components.
  • Define identity, access, and data protection models.
  • Govern integration and connector usage with risk-tiered approvals.
  • Implement telemetry, observability, and reporting for platform compliance.
  • Define CI/CD pipelines for agents and integrate security scans.
  • Establish model and prompt governance with evaluation harnesses.
  • Lead AI incident response and engineer resilience patterns.
  • Maintain audit readiness and evidence management.
  • Operationalize Responsible AI policies through controls and transparency artifacts.

  • Identity, Security, and Data Controls: Practical application of Entra ID (app registrations, consent, Conditional Access), RBAC, managed identities, secrets management (Key Vault), Purview data governance/classification, sensitivity labels, and Defender integrations.
  • Architecture and Patterns: Ability to produce reference architectures, threat models, and design patterns for agentic AI (prompt governance, grounding, connector risk management, human oversight).
  • Risk and Compliance Operations: Working knowledge of AI risk scenarios, privacy (PII/PHI), data classification, and cybersecurity; experience implementing control testing, telemetry, and reporting for audits.
  • Stakeholder and Supplier Management: Experience collaborating with architecture, product, engineering, security, and compliance; managing third-party suppliers and connectors with contractual and technical controls.
  • Global Operations and Communication: Proven delivery across multi-time zone environments; ability to translate complex technical topics into stakeholder-specific language.

Experience Level

  • 12+ years in technology architecture/engineering/governance, with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Power Platform, and agentic AI platforms.

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Governance Boards and Component Catalogs: Running technical review boards, maintaining reusable component catalogs, SBOMs, and dependency governance.
  • Responsible AI Standards: Familiarity with industry RAI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC AI standards, Microsoft Responsible AI recommendations) and their technical operationalization.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Experience with red-teaming LLMs, synthetic test generation, adversarial prompt testing, and evaluation metrics (accuracy, safety, usefulness).
  • Platform Feature Integration: Track record enabling new Copilot/Copilot Studio features, agent builder capabilities, and managing technical risk, rollouts, and deprecations.
  • DevSecOps for AI: Experience integrating security testing, policy-as-code, and observability into pipelines for agent solutions; infra-as-code for platform configurations.
  • Documentation and Enablement: Excellent user documentation, playbooks, and facilitation for engineering teams; strong customer orientation and cross-cultural collaboration.
