Job Title Associate - Web Delivery
Career Level- C2
Introduction to role
This Associate - Web Delivery role focuses on building and assembling AEM web pages end-to-end using approved templates and components to deliver responsive, on-brand digital experiences. The position works closely with website, integration, tagging/analytics, campaign teams, Solution Owners and project managers to align requirements, manage dependencies, and support release timelines. Ready to turn wireframes and briefs into live, high-quality pages that make a real impact?
Accountabilities
Assemble AEM pages from start to finish, using approved templates and components to structure content hierarchy, sections and navigation based on wireframes and page briefs. Configure and style core components such as text, image, carousel, teaser, tabs, accordions and forms, applying defined policies and styles. Integrate assets from the DAM by sourcing, uploading and placing them with correct renditions, crops, alt text, captions, metadata and licensing/usage tags. Insert and bind Content Fragments and Experience Fragments, handling variants and mapping them to the right placements. Set up localization by crafting language copies, handling live/launch copies and aligning content placements for multi-region and multi-language sites. Build internal navigation including menus, breadcrumbs and in-page anchors, maintaining internal links, vanity URLs and basic redirects as provided. Maintain page properties and metadata such as titles, descriptions, tags, Open Graph/Twitter fields and canonical URL settings in line with guidelines. Perform responsive checks across breakpoints, adjusting component settings and media to maintain visual and functional integrity on mobile, tablet and desktop. Apply accessibility basics by ensuring heading order, alt text, link purpose, focus order and colour usage comply with defined WCAG guidelines for authored content. Use workflows to submit pages for review and approval, schedule publish/unpublish activities, validate replication and promote content between environments as instructed. Carry out quality assurance by running pre-publish checks for broken links, image quality and component behaviour; raise defects with clear reproduction steps and screenshots; retest fixes and support peer testing of authored pages. Manage versioning by crafting versions, comparing changes and performing rollbacks when needed, detailing notable updates. Maintain content hygiene by decommissioning outdated pages/components, updating references and keeping sitemaps and navigation current. Collaborate with designers, content writers and developers to clarify component usage, resolve assembly blockers and provide status updates in sprint ceremonies. Adhere to governance by following brand guidelines, component usage rules and content governance standards, using solely authorized templates and styles. Perform basic troubleshooting of authoring issues such as policy restrictions, permissions or broken references and escalate with clear context to the appropriate teams.
