As an Associate Consultant in SAP MM, you will help modernize and stabilize our S/4HANA landscape, improving how we source, procure, and manage inventory with precision and speed.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with architects and business stakeholders, you will deliver changes that reduce cycle times, strengthen data integrity, and increase visibility across procurement, inventory, and accounts payable. Accountabilities:

  • S/4HANA MM Solution Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery from solution design to deployment across Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory, and Accounts Payable, driving efficiency, compliance, and cost transparency.

  • Application Maintenance and Development: Stabilize critical processes in SAP MM, triage and resolve incidents, and implement incremental enhancements that improve user experience and process throughput.

  • Business Process Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of sourcing, inventory, and AP workflows; translate findings into fit-for-purpose configurations and solutions that align with business goals.

  • Data Migration Excellence: Plan and execute data migration using LSMW and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit to ensure high data quality, clean cutovers, and resilient operations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with architects and business stakeholders to prioritize changes, validate designs, and deliver bug fixes that protect business continuity.

  • Shift Coverage and Reliability: Provide support across shifts to maintain always-on operations and meet time-critical commitments for manufacturing and supply.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify automation, standardization, and simplification opportunities; measure impact and iterate to scale improvements across teams.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • SAP MM Consultant with overall 3 to 5 years of SAP MM experience in handling Application Maintenance & Application Development and with 3 years of specific experience in S/4 HANA MM Implementation/Support Projects.

  • Will be responsible in providing support activities in Materials Management Module in Application Maintenance and ability to work in Application Development.

  • Will be working closely with the Architects and Business Stakeholders in delivering Changes and Bug fixes.

  • Responsible from solutioning to deployment, covering Sourcing & Procurement, Inventory and Accounts payable functions.

  • Perform detailed analysis of business processes and Implement the Business solutions.

  • Handling Data Migration with LSMW & SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.

  • Ability to work multi-functionally across Teams and partners.

  • Willingness to work in shifts and flexible work schedules.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, Ariba, or Central Procurement in an S/4HANA context.

  • Integration knowledge across MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, and QM, including IDocs and APIs.

  • Exposure to SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM, test management, and release governance.

  • Experience with agile delivery, backlog management, and DevOps practices.

  • SAP certification in MM or S/4HANA and a track record of continuous learning.

  • Solid focus on data quality, master data governance, and performance optimization.

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
