Introduction to Role:
Join us as an Associate - Campaign Operator, where you will be tasked with creating Data Streams and Data Model objects, IR configurations, and Calculated Insights for segmentation purposes. You will also collaborate regularly with various teams to ensure all tasks related to a campaign are thoroughly thought through during the campaign life cycle.
Accountabilities:
As an integral part of our Enabling team, you will design, develop and deliver Marketing Automation studio solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) / Adobe Campaign Platform. You will also manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Your role will also involve engaging with customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Essential Skills/Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in Adobe Campaign and SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, Automation studio etc.)
Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications
Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
Experience in Jira, Confluence, and any other Project Management Tools
Reasonable knowledge in Agile methodology / Agile ways of working
Basic HTML, CSS and scripting languages
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Strong customer service focus
Engaging and friendly personality
Collaborative, flexible and a team player
Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation and/or with brand teams, executing promotions or campaigns
Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management
Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
Experience with marketing customer data models
