Introduction to role
This Omnichannel E2E Testing role leads a specialist team responsible for comprehensive validation of Omnichannel campaigns, Omni Lite campaigns, strategic scaling websites, broader website initiatives and other omnichannel capability integrations. The position maintains a clear view of testing operations, drives resolution of priority issues in close partnership with Program Managers, Solution Owners, Omnichannel Operations Leads, System Leads and Global Leaders, and steers onboarding, training and continuous process improvement as new technologies are introduced into Omnichannel Campaign Operations. Accountabilities
Lead all Omnichannel E2E testing operations, including work allocation, staffing, development, performance management and training for the group responsible for OMNI E2E TESTING.
Act as the Omnichannel Testing subject matter authority regarding OMNI E2E TESTING and other collaborators, providing mentorship on guideline and standards ds.
Build and execute test methodologies based on user journeys defined within Omnichannel requirements, ensuring coverage across channels and touchpoints.
Review and refine test scripts created by the team for end-to-end testing, ensuring quality, consistency and traceability to business requirements.
Integrate with wider omnichannel initiatives by understanding new technologies and developing test strategies that keep pace with evolving capabilities.
Scale Omnichannel testing efforts to optimise campaign performance and support strategic scaling of websites and digital assets.
Review, approve and audit testing for Omnichannel campaigns, ensuring adherence to AstraZeneca standards and policies.
Support testing of multichannel and asset-specific initiatives related to apps and integrations, including device testing where required.
Provide consultation and test recommendations during technology assessments of multi-channel customer experiences.
Be responsible for high-level test management for initiatives, including test reviews and maintaining an integrated view of the test plan across Omnichannel activities.
Maintain an external focus on technology and channel trends, identifying emerging opportunities that keep AstraZeneca at a driven edge.
Explore and implement innovative tools and strategies for automating Omnichannel testing and execution, including regression testing.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, onboarding and training to embed new tools, methods and standards across the OMNI end-to-end testing team.
Essential Skills/Experience
- Experience in digital marketing, technology capability, and/or information services.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key collaborators and multiple levels of an organization, including leadership.
- Experience in Process definitions, implementation, and management.
- Experience within (or working closely with) a global organization with collaborators in multiple geographies.
- Project Management Skills: highly organized, diligent, and results-focused.
- Experience working with collaborators/teams.
- Strong active listening and presentation abilities.
- Experience prioritizing, scheduling, publishing and optimizing test content and strategies.
- Shown success guiding the testing team to follow standard testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of standard methodologies around test use case development in Omnichannel User Journeys.
- Experience in implementing the standard methodologies to the team and making them as process if needed
- Hands-on experience interpreting data from Multi-variate, A/B Testing, and other testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience or Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Products including AEM, Adobe target and(or) Adobe Campaigns.
- Experience in Device Testing and experience with testing software.
- Building of Test Case Scenarios and maps and translation of Business Requirement Documents & User Journey Maps into Test Scripts.
- Extensive knowledge and experience utilizing broad range of testing tools and solutions (test/control analysis, or working knowledge of multiple platforms and testing software).
- Experience developing or adhering to marketing operations standards.
- Able to automate Regression testing.
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience in Omnichannel digital marketing in Pharma/Consulting.
- Thorough understanding of Pharma business marketing model.
- Experience in understanding of Data modelling.
- Strong ability to lead through change.
- Experience analysing test data and management.
- Pharmaceutical marketing/testing/measurement experience.
- Experience across various website technology stacks.
- Understanding of Testing methodologies in Omnichannel Journeys.
- Proficiency in technology channels.
