What you’ll do:
- Deliver results by growing the business through innovation and market share, leading a broad portfolio of products and services
- Drive the team performance, optimize talent, drive creativity & innovation within the team
- Lead change; design and drive new strategies
- Responsible for setting the strategy from Sales and Marketing perspectives for the assigned portfolio, with effective and strong execution excellence
- Ensure high customer centricity within the Oncology BU
- Cross functionally align with all partners internally and externally
- Ensure an effective launch machine for the upcoming pipeline of new products
- Responsible for budgetary compliance
- Articulate authentic dedication to diversity of representations, thinking and psychological safety, empowers others and focuses on team cohesion
- Show awareness of personal bias and diligent to other’s cultures with open approach, curiosity and appreciation
Essential Situational Experiences for Successful Profiles:
- Evidence of owing the planning, organization and implementation of brand strategies
- Leading and resourcing a portfolio of products across the full lifecycle including new launches
- Proven knowledge, skills and experience of navigating and influencing the team members within sophisticated environment
- Can demonstrate examples of driving new insights and innovation to tackle business problems, improve business performance and benefits to patients
- Can demonstrate ability to gather and act on business and customer insights to craft brand strategy
- Evidence of positive relationship with access and medical teams to design and deliver winning brand strategy
- Can demonstrate deep understanding and expertise in Oncology
- Evidence of building and motivating a sizeable, successful team
- Experience with successfully initiating arguments with subsequent implementation
- Experience of leading brand strategy with evidence of strong alignment and collaboration to deliver overall company results
