What you’ll do
You will becontributing to the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for the assigned CVRM product throughout its lifecycle and will oversee the success of designated projects that truly delivers for patients, healthcare providers and AZ. You will be directly accountable for the impact of designated projects in CVRM therapeutic area in Romania and will deliver this by innovating and competing effectively through cohesive global and local cross-functional working.
Key responsibilities
- Brand Manager for CVRM
- Understands and articulates the patients’ perspective throughout their entire journey. Uses this and marketplace insights to deliver effective and competitive strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Shapes brand direction and ensures the critical success factors for brand leadership.
- Works with local / regional/global cross functional teams to develop clear ‘value’ propositions for patients and Healthcare systems/Healthcare professionals, aligned with the CVRM strategy.
- Develops brand content and materials, maximizing the use of all AZ available resources and channels.
- Works closely with medical, promotional teams, and the other brand managers to ensure optimal approach and implementation of the brand strategy.
- Ensures that strong external relationships within relevant specialty areas are built and developed.
- Identifies innovative and modern solutions to enhance brand performance.
- Agrees and delivers upon growth, sales and operational metrics, measurements, and targets for the brands.
- Responsible of the budget for assigned portfolio.
- This position doesn’t require to manage people.
Essential for the role:
- Degree in Scientific Field or related.
- Languages: Fluent Romanian and Advanced English.
- Proven brand management experience and critical thinking.
- Experience in managing and executing complex projects.
- Experience in launching new pharma products.
Desirable for the role:
- Experience in Insight/Market Research & brand forecasting
- Sales experience
- Omnichannel experience
